After a decade in the Property Business, our parent company OBI tasked us with rebranding their identity and communications, helping bring them into the next stage of their evolution.
With a decade of experience in the Manchester property market, OBI have transacted more space in the city centre than any other company in the Northwest.
Expanding their service to include teams in Property/Asset Management, Interior Design, Building and now Graphic Design, OBI needed to lose the ‘property’ in their name and instead construct a brand that projected confidence in its service, representing that it was now more than just a property business.
Dropping this wording from the identity, we also removed a bright orange swatch from the colour palette and chose to focus on a strong typographic word-mark ‘OBI’.
A black and white colour scheme was introduced, to provide no limitations and be adaptable to all services.
